For albie season I run the Gammy 1, a semi-custom 25 foot Latitude Tournament Boat center console that I had built in 2019 - 2020. It's as fly-friendly a layout as I could find, with low and narrow gunnels, clean and level deck, and lots of open space. With 24.5 degrees of deadrise in the transom it is an incredibly smooth ride and the Mercury Marine 350 Verado moves it right along. I built a stand-on console upper helm station that is an amazing advantage for spotting albies. As a member of the Humminbird and Minn Kota Pro Staff team I have access to the best electronics available. Safety equipment exceeds U.S.C.G. requirements and includes Humminbird’s new CHIRP radar, EPIRB, liferaft, Personal Locator Beacon and more.
